$38–$42/hour

Post Rehab is hiring a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our skilled nursing rehabilitation team. We are seeking a clinician who is passionate about helping residents improve communication, cognition, and swallowing function while building meaningful patient relationships in a supportive rehab environment.

What You'll Do:

• Evaluate and treat speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders
• Develop individualized treatment plans focused on functional outcomes and quality of life
• Provide therapy for residents recovering from neurological, medical, and post-acute conditions
• Collaborate with nursing, rehab staff, physicians, and families to coordinate care
• Monitor patient progress and maintain accurate clinical documentation

Qualifications:

• Active SLP license required
• Strong communication and organizational skills
