Architecting and managing a comprehensive account-based marketing strategy, the full-time remote ABM & Demand Strategist Director will design a 3-tier ABM model, oversee demand generation efforts, and ensure alignment with pipeline outcomes across target verticals. Key responsibilities Design and operate a full 3-tier ABM model, managing bespoke account experiences and multi-threaded buying committee strategies Own paid channel strategy and performance management, driving budget allocation decisions and maintaining a creative testing cadence Establish account engagement scoring and build campaign-level attribution reporting to influence pipeline outcomes Required qualifications 7+ years in B2B demand generation or ABM, with at least 3 years in a senior or lead role Proven experience building and running a 3-tier ABM program with measurable pipeline outcomes Deep familiarity with intent data platforms and operationalizing signals into targeting decisions Experience managing paid media budgets exceeding $1M annually, with hands-on involvement in strategy and performance management Proficiency in MAP platforms and CRM, with Salesforce strongly preferred
