Facilities Maintenance Manager

Mars

Mars is seeking a Maintenance Manager to oversee the facility's maintenance programs and day-to-day operations. You will hire mechanics, organize schedules, assign work, and train staff across mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, plumbing, refrigeration, and ventilation systems. Develop and implement a CMMS with preventative maintenance, parts management, work instructions and labor allocation, while ensuring safety and quality standards and staying within budget. #J-18808-Ljbffr
