PROGRAM ANALYST

You will serve as a PROGRAM ANALYST in the FLEET MODERNIZATION AND FACILITIES MANAGEMENT DIRECTORATE (N4), DEPLOYING GROUP SYSTEMS INTEGRATION TESTING (DGSIT) DIVISION (N41) ofNAVAL INFORMATION FORCES. To qualify for the PROGRAM ANALYST, GS-0343-12 , your resume must demonstrate at least one full year (52 weeks) of specialized experience equivalent to the level of difficulty and responsibility to that of the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Developing and directing plans for accomplishing program objectives; Overseeing a team's technical, administration and logistic efforts supporting the integration and interoperability testing of C5I systems associated with units and staffs assigned to deploying Carrier Strike Groups (CSG), Expeditionary Strike Groups (ESG), Marine Expeditionary Forces (MEF) Amphibious Ready Groups (ARG) and Marine Expeditionary Units (MEU); Assisting in the development of Deploying Group System Integration Testing (DGSIT) program milestones and program documentation for all phases of the program; and Responding personally to urgent internal and external inquiries regarding programmatic issues.
