Local Team Collaboration Join our close-knit team of 35 physicians and 2 APPs at St. Michael Medical Center. Qualifications Board-certified/eligible in internal or family medicine. Availability to commence practice in 2026 (not yet considering 2027 residents). Authorization to work in the U.S. (Sound offers visa sponsorship for qualified candidates). Open to H1b visa candidates with in-house visa specialists and filing fees covered. Not yet considering 2027 J1 candidates. Scheduling We offer flexibility in scheduling and guaranteed shift obligations. Currently hiring for a primarily daytime role, swings, and dedicated nights Key Responsibilities We work in a closed ICU setting with full intensivist support. Our team is not required to do procedures or run codes. Opportunity to teach Family Medicine residents on their inpatient rotations.
