Job Description

Looking for a Monday-Friday schedule, weekly pay, and the opportunity to earn bonuses? We're hiring Bilingual Customer Service Representatives to join a growing team in Salem, NH . No experience is required. Paid training is provided, and this role offers long-term growth opportunities.

Starting Pay: $17.56/hr

Bonus Potential: Biweekly performance bonuses averaging $400-$600

Earnings Potential: Many team members earn the equivalent of $22-$27/hr with bonuses

Schedule: Monday-Friday, Full-Time (No Weekends) | Shift Time: 11:00AM - 8:00PM

Type: Temp-to-Hire

Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound customer calls
Assist customers with account questions and payment arrangements
Provide professional and friendly customer service
Accurately document customer interactions
Work with team members to achieve performance goals

Qualifications

Customer service experience is helpful but not required
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Basic computer and typing skills
Bilingual Spanish/English candidates encouraged to apply
Reliable attendance and ability to work a full-time schedule
Ability to pass a background check
