How You'll Make an Impact Improve data quality and visibility for entire training lifecycle Assist in the administration of the EIT program Work with internal and external stakeholders to support sourcing EIT talent when needed Develop KPIs, track deliverables and lead process improvement initiatives What You Bring Bachelor's degree in business analytics, data science, computer science, or related field. 1+ years' experience working with large data sets or business process analysis preferred Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar dashboard tools a plus SQL proficiency, Oracle/APEX programming, Python or cloud platforms like snowflake a plus. Knowledge of machine learning fundamentals or basic AI proficiency Experience explaining findings to management or other stakeholders Applicants must be legally authorized for employment in the United States without need for current or future employer-sponsored work authorization.
