Help to build a strong, diverse team by recruiting talent, identifying, and developing successors, driving retention and engagement, and fostering an inclusive culture.ResponsibilitiesKEY RESPONSIBILITIESAssist in conducting product and process audits to ensure compliance with quality standards.Support the development and implementation of quality assurance strategies and processes.Collect and analyze quality data to identify trends and support continuous improvement initiatives.QualificationsYOU MUST HAVE0-2 years of experience in quality engineering or related roles, preferably in manufacturing or industrial environments.Basic understanding of quality management systems and continuous improvement methodologies.Familiarity with quality tools such as root cause analysis, corrective and preventive actions, and data analysis.Experience with quality documentation and audit processes is a plus.WE VALUEBachelor's degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, mathematics.Advanced degrees in Engineering disciplines such as Mechanical or Industrial Engineering.Internship or co-op experience in quality engineering or manufacturing environments.Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma principles and statistical analysis tools.Proactive problem-solving skills and a continuous improvement mindset.Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.BENEFITS OF WORKING FOR HONEYWELLIn addition to a competitive salary, leading-edge work, and developing solutions side-by-side with dedicated experts in their fields, Honeywell employees are eligible for a comprehensive benefits package.
