Customer Care and Call center representative

Essential Duties: Answer incoming phone calls and Makeoutbound calls Scheduled appointments, Coordinate loaners and valet appointments Greet, assist, and check-outservice customers Contact Customers via email,phone or text Assist with other Cashier and call center duties, as assigned by the service director. Scanning and filing Previous experience with phones or customer service is preferred Demonstrate a professional, enthusiastic, and friendly attitude at the first point of contact with any potential client/customer. First-class verbal, written and communication skills including the ability to initiate dialogue with BDC Manager and communicate effectively and efficiently. Self-motivated with the ability to work effectively as part of a team or on individually-assigned tasks in a fast-paced. Preferable knowledge of working Microsoft Word, computer literate/knowledge, data entry skills.
