Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive behavioral health psychosocial assessments to understand the needs of patients and their families.

• Provide individual, group, and family therapy tailored to the unique diagnoses, ages, and cultural backgrounds of clients.

• Utilize a range of treatment modalities and maintain clinical boundaries in all therapeutic interactions.

• Implement effective crisis intervention strategies and problem-solving techniques during therapy sessions.

• Act as an advocate for patients by promoting their involvement in decision-making about their care and treatment.

• Monitor patient progress through follow-up communications, including collateral calls and conjoint sessions, revising care plans as needed.

Qualifications\n

• A current and active California State license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.

Compensation and Benefits\n
