This is a remote position.

The Data Operations Specialist is responsible for entering, reviewing, validating, and maintaining financial data, client onboarding information, and regulatory reporting records.

This position is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who enjoys working with structured information, identifying discrepancies, maintaining accurate records, and following clearly defined procedures.

Accuracy and confidentiality are essential, as the role involves handling sensitive financial and client information.

Key Responsibilities

• Enter and verify KYC/AML information and client onboarding data with a high degree of accuracy.
  

• Review financial and regulatory data for errors, inconsistencies, missing information, and duplicate records.
  

• Validate data before it is used for reporting, compliance reviews, or regulatory submissions.
  

• Maintain organized electronic records and documentation to support audit readiness.
  

• Research and resolve routine data discrepancies by following established procedures.
  

• Update internal tracking systems and maintain accurate operational records.
  

• Support regulatory reporting and data-integrity initiatives.
  

• Coordinate with operations, compliance, risk, and client-support teams when data issues require clarification.
  

• Follow established data-security, confidentiality, and quality-control procedures.
  

• Contribute to process-improvement initiatives designed to increase efficiency and reduce operational errors.
