• Work closely with radiologists and other referring physicians to deliver high-quality diagnostic images
• Efficiently operate and maintain ultrasound equipment, promptly addressing any technical issues
• Document imaging procedures accurately and maintain patient records within the electronic health record system
• Stay updated on new developments in ultrasound techniques and best practices

Education Requirements

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Diagnostic Medical Sonography or a closely related field
• Preferred completion of a CAAHEP-accredited Sonography program

Required Certifications

• Active certification from the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS) or an equivalent certification
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification preferred
