Diagnostic Medical Sonographer
???? Location: Los Angeles, CA
???? Job Type: Full-Time
???? Work Setting: In-Person
Perform Breast, Pelvic/Transvaginal, Thyroid, Carotid, and General Ultrasound examinations.
Obtain and review patient history and relevant clinical information.
Capture and document high-quality diagnostic images.
Accurately record measurements, findings, and patient symptoms.
Prepare imaging documentation for physician review.
Maintain patient records and ensure HIPAA compliance.
Provide excellent patient care and customer service.
Communicate effectively with patients and healthcare staff.
Assist with scheduling, records management, and other administrative tasks as needed.
Experience performing Breast Ultrasound examinations.
Experience performing Transvaginal Pelvic Ultrasound examinations.
Ability to independently perform diagnostic ultrasound studies.
Strong knowledge of ultrasound anatomy, pathology recognition, image labeling, and documentation.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Professional and patient-focused approach.
Experience performing Thyroid, Carotid, and General Ultrasound studies.
Experience in a clinic, imaging center, or private practice setting.
Familiarity with EMR systems and imaging software.
