Systems AnalystPosition is on the development team that supports the United Strategic Platform (USP) team that supports fulfillment activities (ID Cards, benefit summaries, letter communications).Work with our business partners to identify and document Feature level requirementsTurn feature level requirements provided by business into detailed technical requirements and solutions that will be used by the development teams for coding and testing requirementsManage communications between the development team and Product Owners/Business Partners ensuring that all requirements and needs are understood and agreed upon by all partiesParticipate in Feature/User Story acceptance sessionsAbility to document business and technical flowsProvide support to the Business and Development teams in the defect identification and remediation processRequired Skills:Basic knowledge and skills developing SQL queries (MySQL)Knowledge of the Healthcare Insurance businessAbility to shift priorities on short noticeExceptional written and verbal communication skills2+ years experience working in a collaborative environment2+ years experience working cross functionally between the Business and IT2+ years experience working in a very fast paced environment with tight delivery timelines2+ years experience working in an Agile development environment2+ years experience interpreting data model diagrams and relational data structures2+ years of knowledge and skills using Visio or the Mac equivalent
