Job TitleElicit and analyze business requirements based on operational needsAuthor detailed business and functional requirement documentationDocument current-state and future-state workflowsDevelop user storiesAssist in developing test plans and training plansSupport testing execution and training deliveryDocument system settings, procedures, and implementation recordsBuild and maintain strong working relationships with customers and vendors4+ years of relevant experience; 2+ years supporting healthcare IT or EHR implementation projectsExperience with EPIC preferred (Cerner, Allscripts, etc. also acceptable)Experience in behavioral health, public health, or hospital settings strongly preferredStrong business analysis, process improvement, and requirements documentation skillsExcellent communication skills; ability to support both technical and non-technical teamsIntermediate to advanced Microsoft Word, Excel, Visio, Outlook, SharePoint, PowerPointKnowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements related to EHR systemsBachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Information Systems, Business, or related field
