ResponsibilitiesRecruit, onboard, and mentor a talented team of insurance professionals to expand our presence in the Rhode Island market.
Design and implement effective sales training programs that equip the team to provide top-tier service.
Set clear growth objectives and provide the guidance necessary for the team to consistently reach their goals.
Foster a supportive and collaborative office culture where everyone feels encouraged to share ideas and grow their craft.
Monitor performance metrics and adjust strategies to ensure we are effectively meeting the evolving needs of our community.
Act as a key representative of The Atlantic District, building meaningful partnerships with local business leaders and clients alike.
RequirementsRhode Island Life and Health Insurance License.
Demonstrated history of recruiting, training, and mentoring sales professionals.
Understanding of agency operations and insurance carrier relationships.
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
Advanced proficiency in developing sales strategies and driving performance.
Prior experience in small business leadership or sales management.
