This position is responsible for maintaining the flow of service by assisting servers, ensuring cleanliness, and delivering food promptly. As a brand ambassador, the Server Assistant contributes to a polished and efficient environment while supporting the team in delivering exceptional guest experiencesKey Responsibilities:Support servers by maintaining table cleanliness, including clearing, resetting and pre-bussing tablesDeliver food and beverage items to guests in a timely and accurate mannerAssist with sticking service stations, including silverware, linens, and condimentsMaintain cleanliness and organization of the dining room and service areas throughout serviceCommunicate effectively with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flowAssist with water service and other guest needs as directedExecute opening and closing side work to support overall operationsUphold grooming, uniform and Hotel ZaZa service Standards, including all safety protocolsQualifications:Previous busser or runner experience preferred.Strong communication and teamwork skills.Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, guest- focused environmentStrong attention to detail and sense of urgencyProfessional, polished appearance and demeanor consistent with the ZaZa brand.Ability stand, and move throughout the dining area for extended periods, occasionally lift or carry up to 25 poundsWhy Join Hotel ZaZa?At Hotel ZaZa, we don’t just offer jobs—we offer careers that inspire.
