Responsibilities Ensure all tables are clean and properly set while assisting the Food Runner as needed. Work closely and maintain excellent communication with servers; assist with table maintenance, clearing, marking, and beverage delivery. Anticipate guest needs and offer exemplary hospitality, always exhibiting professionalism and friendliness. Learn to operate the Host Stand. Be knowledgeable of all menu items, contents, preparation methods, and garnishes, accurately answering any guest questions. Perform all cleaning, opening, and closing duties as assigned. Process all payment methods. Be an ambassador of our establishment by maintaining a neat and professional appearance. Perform other duties as assigned.
