Summer Restaurant Server Assistant/Busser (Part-Time)

The Opportunity:

A Server Assistant will assist food service employees in delivering food to tables, maintain cleanliness and attend to needs behind the bar, clean tables, carry dirty dishes, replace soiled table linens; setting tables; replenish supply of clean linens, silverware, glassware, and dishes; and serve water, appetizers and coffee to patrons.

The person in this position must have excellent communication skills, the ability to resolve conflict, and a thorough understanding of Bunkhouse policies. A Server Assistant must develop and maintain the company’s culture, values and reputation in the public eye and with all staff, guests, vendors and partners.
