AI Product Owner

Key Responsibilities and Duties Lead development and execution of AI/ML product strategy and roadmap from concept to deployment Work with senior product leadership and business stakeholders to understand the roadmap, product strategy, and business goals. Own and prioritize product backlog based on business value, capacity, and ROI Partner with engineering and data science teams in Agile environment to deliver well defined Epics, Features and User Stories Define and track KPIs for model performance, business impact, and user adoption Communicate product progress, risks, and trade-offs to executive leadership Collaborate with AI governance team to ensure compliance and production readiness Work with data teams on data sourcing, quality, and model lifecycle management Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform decisions Mentor junior product owners and foster innovation culture Educational Requirements University (Degree) Preferred Work Experience 5+ Years Required; 7+ Years Preferred Career Level 8IC Required Skills Experience of working in a Product Owner/ Business Analyst role in Asset Management /Financial services industry 5+ years of product management experience, with at least 2 years focused on AI/ML products and financial industry Proven track record of delivering data-driven products from concept to production Good Understanding of AI/ML concepts, model evaluation, and deployment Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and product management tools Understanding of AWS cloud platforms and data infrastructure Experience defining metrics and using data to drive product decisions Exceptional ability to translate product requirements and technical concepts for non-technical audiences Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Preferred Skills Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Data Science, Business, or related field Product management certification (CSPO, CPO, or similar) Experience with working on Agentic AI workflows Must be able to effectively work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities, deadlines, and workloads Anticipated Posting End Date 2026-05-31 Base Pay Range $114,200/yr - $156,100/yr Benefits and Total Rewards The organization is committed to making financial well-being possible for its clients, and is equally committed to the well-being of our associates.
