Key Responsibilities:

• MDM Strategy and Execution:
  • Define and own the product vision, roadmap, and strategy for MDM initiatives in alignment with business goals.
  • Prioritize and manage the MDM backlog, ensuring timely delivery of features and capabilities.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to design, build, and implement MDM solutions that meet enterprise data needs.
• Program Management:
  • Oversee end-to-end delivery of MDM programs, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, tracking progress, risks, and dependencies.
  • Drive cross-team coordination to deliver seamless integration and adoption of MDM solutions.
• Stakeholder Engagement:
  • Collaborate with business units, IT, and data governance teams to understand data requirements and priorities.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for MDM-related initiatives, providing regular updates to senior stakeholders.
  • Facilitate workshops, demos, and training sessions to ensure stakeholder buy-in and effective use of MDM systems.
• Data Governance and Quality:
  • Partner with data governance teams to establish and enforce policies, standards, and best practices for MDM.
  • Monitor data quality metrics and drive initiatives to improve data accuracy, consistency, and completeness.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards for data management.
• Team Leadership:
  • Lead and mentor a team of MDM analysts, developers, and other key contributors.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
• Performance Measurement:
  • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of MDM initiatives.
  • Continuously evaluate and refine MDM processes to optimize business impact and efficiency.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Education:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
• Experience:
  • 10+ years of experience in data management, with a strong focus on MDM within the P&C insurance industry.
  • Proven experience in product ownership or program management roles, delivering complex data solutions.
• Technical Expertise:
  • Proficiency in MDM platforms (e.g., Informatica MDM, Reltio, SAP MDG) and related tools.
  • Strong understanding of P&C insurance products, underwriting, claims, and policy administration.
  • Familiarity with data governance frameworks, data modeling, and ETL processes.
• Leadership & Communication:
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and align diverse teams.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams and driving organizational change.
