Responsibilities

• Greet and engage customers to create a positive and inviting store experience.
• Assist customers by answering questions, providing information about promotions and loyalty programs, and ensuring their needs are met.
• Perform all point-of-sale (POS) transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Process, tag, hang, and stock merchandise on the sales floor to maintain store standards.
• Communicate the buying and selling process clearly to customers.
• Support overall store operations by performing additional tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Honest, dependable, and self-motivated with mature judgment and a strong sense of urgency.
• Effective verbal communication skills.
• Ability to frequently walk, stand, stoop, climb ladders, push, and perform repetitive lifting (up to 40 lbs).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to inspect items closely.
