About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief Medical Officer to join their team. The successful candidate will be a self-motivated, forward-thinking physician with a passion for providing high-quality, patient-focused care. The CMO will be responsible for the administration and coordination of psychiatric and medical services, ensuring a supportive environment for the delivery of the highest quality of services. This includes supervising a senior medical leadership team, providing clinical and administrative direction to all medical and clinical services staff, and collaborating with executive and senior leadership teams to meet organizational goals. The role also involves strategic planning, program development, and the transformation of clinical leadership into collaborative, high-performing teams. Applicants must have a valid WA State MD License, a current DEA license, and certification in General Psychiatry by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated medical executive leadership experience and be adept at utilizing technology and data to foster continuous performance improvement. The CMO will be a strategic partner, talent developer, and a collaborative physician executive, ensuring that all medical department goals and standards are in line with the best possible safe, quality patient care. Compliance with regulations, laws, and policies is essential, as is the ability to align clinical practices with internal data reporting systems. The role may require occasional travel between facilities and headquarters and demands a commitment to the mission of the hospital in providing long-term psychiatric care to a diverse patient population.
