Licensed Therapist

Job Summary Centerstone seeks a licensed therapist experienced with diverse populations across the lifespan and interested in leading group therapy. The role involves a blended caseload of commercial, Tenncare, and Safetynet payers. The position is full‑time, with a competitive starting salary of $60,000–$67,000, and a potential sign‑on bonus. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Formulate a diagnosis upon completion of intake assessment. Complete timely clinical documentation. Create and update treatment plans in accordance with policy. Provide therapy services based on assessment of clinical needs and diagnosis. Respond to supervisory communication, including urgent care situations and other clinical needs in virtual or face‑to‑face settings. Keep administrative supervisor informed of potential issues impacting the program or organization. Respond to client needs in a timely and professional manner. Demonstrate good clinical judgment in client care. Utilize computer/electronic equipment and software effectively. Qualifications & Skills Master’s degree required in Clinical Psychology, Mental Health Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a specialization in MH Counseling. Applicants holding a Master’s degree in a related field must have completed at least 24 graduate‑level semester hours in psychology, social work, counseling, or similar coursework and possess relevant experience in clinical treatment, assessment, psychopathology, DSM diagnostic use, and a behavioral health internship or practicum. Valid licensure: LCSW, LPC‑MHSP, or LMFT. Background in group therapy is preferred but not mandatory.
