WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

We are seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer with extensive experience designing, developing, and supporting enterprise-grade Salesforce solutions. This role combines deep Salesforce platform engineering, system integration, and modern cloud capabilities, requiring strong expertise in Apex development, Lightning Web Components (LWC), APIs, Flows, and enterprise architecture.

The ideal candidate will be a hands-on technical leader who can drive solution design, mentor engineers, and deliver scalable, high-quality Salesforce solutions while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Flows.
• Build and support enterprise integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, middleware, and asynchronous processing.
• Design technical solutions while balancing declarative Salesforce capabilities with custom development.
• Optimize Salesforce performance, security, scalability, and large-scale data processing.
• Troubleshoot complex production issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement long-term solutions.
• Participate in architecture discussions, design reviews, and code reviews to ensure engineering best practices.
• Create technical documentation and support platform modernization initiatives.
• Mentor junior engineers and promote engineering quality, resiliency, and operational excellence.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 8+ years of hands-on Salesforce platform development experience.
• Strong expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Salesforce Flows, Platform Events, and asynchronous processing.
• Experience building enterprise integrations using REST APIs, SOAP APIs, middleware, and external systems.
• Deep understanding of Salesforce platform internals, including governor limits, transaction management, security model, sharing rules, and performance optimization.
• Strong experience with debugging, troubleshooting, and production support in enterprise environments.
• Ability to independently lead technical design discussions and recommend scalable engineering solutions.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Salesforce Data Cloud.
• Knowledge of Agentforce and Einstein AI capabilities.
• Experience with CRM Analytics and AI-driven workflows.
• Familiarity with unified customer profiles, identity resolution, and AI-ready data models.
• Exposure to event-driven and near real-time architectures.
• Experience with Hyperforce and Salesforce platform modernization initiatives.
• Salesforce Platform Developer I and/or Platform Developer II certifications.
• Experience working in large enterprise or highly regulated environments.
• Experience collaborating with globally distributed teams.

Salary Range:

$95,000 - $130,000 USD
