Head of Financial Operations - Global Markets

Responsibilities Responsible for core financial functions such as accounts payable, global cashflow, treasury, and financial systems. Ensure accuracy, compliance, efficiency, and scalability. Assist the CFO with cashflow forecasting & budgeting, management & legal cashflow, global cash projections, forex hedging, and timely cash collections. Manage global financial operations in accordance with USGAAP and/or IFRS, across entities and jurisdictions including Accounts Payable, Payroll, Treasury, Rewards. Identify and mitigate risks to the business, accounting and reporting processes, including creating and maintaining financial controls to ensure accurate records and monthly balance sheet reconciliations. Develop, implement, and maintain efficient financial systems to support global scaling. Optimize working capital and cash flow management through rigorous forecasting and monitoring. Cross collaboration with leaders and departments to ensure operational alignment and shared vision. Manage vendor relationships, banking operations, and global payment structures. May telecommute. Other duties as required. Requirements Employer will accept a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related field and 7 years of post-baccalaureate progressive experience in the job offered or in an accounting or finance-related occupation.
