Download programs to run jobs on machines. Responsible for all aspects of drilling including operate drilling equipment. Drill double-sided, Multi-layers counter bore, counter sink, and control depth drilling. Also operates machine for panel optimization and operates x-ray machine to analyze registration. Responsible for quality checks, preventative maintenance and minor repairs.Duties and Responsibilities:Operate all department equipment, quality checks, preventative maintenance and minor repairsAble to set up drill cassettes and remove dull bitsPerform incoming inspection on new and re-sharpened drill bitsPerform outgoing inspection on dull drill bits being sent out for re-sharpeningEnter jobs into the manufacturing control systemRead and interpret shop order to verify that all previous operations were completed, to verify count and to verify qualityMaintain a safe, neat and orderly workplaceComplete all internal departmental documentation accuratelyEssential Knowledge and Skills:Ability to read, write and communicate in English to the degree necessary to accomplish the jobAbility to stand throughout the shiftAbility to lift 30 pounds without strainingEducation and Experience:Experience working in a manufacturing environment a mustMinimum 2 years experience with CNC drilling in the printed circuit board industry or any similar related industry skillsA working knowledge of drilling equipment such as Excellon Machines and X-Ray Registration Systems such as The Pluritech is helpfulAble to read and interpret blueprintsHigh School Diploma or equivalent preferredCompensation and Benefits:TTM offers a variety of health and well-being benefit programs. At TTM Technologies, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on each individual set of circumstances. A reasonable estimate of the current range is:$38,473 - $60,812Additional compensation: An annual or quarterly company bonus may apply based on position assignment.
