We are seeking a motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will take the lead in guiding families through insurance decisions, identifying opportunities to improve protection, and playing a key role in the continued growth of our agency.
Responsibilities
- Impress clients with exceptional service - both in person and by phone
- Listen attentively to clients' needs and recommend tailored insurance solutions
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships through regular communication
- Proactively contact existing clients to review policies and uncover opportunities for additional coverage
- Generate new business through referrals, networking, and community involvement
- Work closely with the sales team to meet and exceed individual and team sales goals
Requirements
- Insurance experience a plus, but not required
- Active Property Casualty or Personal Lines license required upon hire (cost to obtain a new license is reimbursable)
- Customer service and/or sales experience helpful
- Self-motivated and confident, with the ability to work independently
- Strong follow-through, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to multi-task
- Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities
- Comfortable with technology and open to learning new systems
