Operations Manager

About The Role The role owns the operational backbone of the technology organization, designing scalable workflows and managing critical infrastructure tooling that enables engineering and product teams to ship faster. The operations manager will eliminate cross-functional friction, automate manual reporting processes, and drive high-impact internal projects from conception to completion. Key Responsibilities Design, document, and iterate on core operational workflows and standard operating procedures across engineering and product departments Drive complex, cross-functional projects using Jira, Confluence, and Asana to track dependencies, timelines, and deliverables Analyze operational bottlenecks using SQL, Tableau, and enterprise BI tools to recommend data-backed efficiency improvements Manage software vendor evaluations, license procurement, and technical integrations for internal tooling platforms Establish and report on executive-level operational KPIs, capacity planning models, and risk mitigation strategies Facilitate agile sprint ceremonies, retrospectives, and quarterly roadmap planning sessions for distributed teams What We Are Looking For 4-7 years of experience in technical operations, program management, or business operations within a high-growth technology company Proficiency with data analysis tools including advanced Excel, SQL, and modern project management software Demonstrated track record of scaling internal processes and shipping infrastructure or tooling improvements with measurable ROI Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders without direct authority Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related quantitative discipline Bonus: PMP or Scrum Master certification, experience with Salesforce or Jira administration, and background in remote-first team management #J-18808-Ljbffr
