How You'll Make An Impact In This Role

At Ascension Saint Thomas Lenox Village, we believe great primary care starts with supported providers. We are seeking an experienced or ambitious Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our team. Here, you won't just manage a panelyou'll practice full-scope primary care in a culture built on collaboration, reasonable schedules, and work-life balance.

• Join an established team of 5 physicians and 2 APPs
• Call structure: Not required, but optional
• Practice setting: Outpatient
• Employed position within a nonprofit health system
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
• Eligible for state medical licensure and DEA registration
• Manageable Patient Pace: Average 2025 patients per day
• Dedicated Medical Assistant support to handle intake, rooming, and prescription refills so you can focus on care.

What Minimum Requirements You'll Need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

• BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
• Nurse Practitioner credentialed from the Tennessee Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
• Licensed Registered Nurse credentialed from the Tennessee Board of Nursing or current home state license for multi-state license recognition "Compact State" obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.

Education:

• Master's degree of Nursing required.
