Come join us in our journey of opening a brand-new hospital! Centra Behavioral Health Hospital is a brand-new 72 bed behavioral health facility opening in 2026. We offer high-quality, compassionate care for a wide variety of patients in need. Our teams provide evidence-based, transformational care for a broad range of mental health concerns in a compassionate, comfortable environment. As an RN, you’ll help create a safe, supportive environment where patients receive compassionate behavioral health care. Assess patients, develop individualized care plans, and document care accurately. Monitor changes in condition, respond quickly, and communicate with the care team. Administer medications safely and follow hospital policies and nursing standards. Provide compassionate, trauma-informed care with empathy, dignity, and respect. Brand new facility: Brand new hospital, built from the ground up, with cutting edge equipment and technology! Active Virginia RN license (single-state) or compact required. If relocating, licensure must be updated to the new Primary State of Residence (PSOR) before employment begins. Experience: One year or more of behavioral health experience highly preferred.
