Creative Manager

Job Description Leverage your creative experience to work for a company with a purpose of sustainability and support our resale franchisees! Winmark Corporation is a nationally recognized franchisor of Once Upon A Child®, Plato’s Closet®, Play It Again Sports®, Music Go Round® and Style Encore®. Support our franchisees by managing the production of creative marketing materials including promotions, digital campaigns, videos, photo shoots, advertisements, and other collateral. You will partner with external partners and our internal marketing team to manage branding initiatives for our company and its franchise brands. You will also have an opportunity to coach and develop our Marketing Coordinator role, which reports to the Creative Manager. This position works from our Plymouth, MN office Monday – Friday, with franchisee support hours of 8 am – 5 pm. Winmark offers fantastic benefits at great rates and work/life harmony. Primary qualifications for Creative Manager role include: 4-year degree in marketing or similar field, with 6 - 8 years marketing experience in a fast-paced environment, including 3+ years hands-on creative marketing experience. Strong understanding of creative marketing tools and awareness of established and emerging digital and social marketing practices, concepts, and procedures. Excellent leadership, relationship building and negotiation skills, including strong presentation skills. Experience juggling multiple projects and initiatives, with a strong ability to prioritize and manage tactics within a strategy. Strong focus on collaboration with team as well as ability to work independently. Proficiency in Windows Office Suite – Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook. Ability to display a high degree of professionalism, confidentiality, tact, and diplomacy. The Creative Manager role is on-site at Winmark’s Plymouth, Minnesota location. Annual salary is $90,000 - $100,000 DOQ, plus discretionary profit-sharing and a great benefits package.
