Finance & Transactions Associate (2-6 yrs.) - Chicago

Our client is seeking Finance associates to join its Finance & Transactions team in Chicago. Qualifications 2–6 years of experience in commercial finance at a law firm Experience drafting loan documents and managing loan transactions Ability to manage multiple matters simultaneously J.D.
