Job Summary:
Med Surg Registered Nurse (RN) position located in Wilson, North Carolina. The role involves providing patient care on a Medical Surgical Floor, supporting adult and geriatric patient populations. The assignment offers an opportunity to work in a hospital known for its comprehensive services and proximity to major universities and attractions.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Nights, 12-hour shifts, with a minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Valid RN license, Associates degree in Nursing, BLS certification, and at least 2 years of experience.
• Preferred Qualifications: Meditech experience; experience in Medical Surgical (Med Surg) specialties.
• Additional Information: The unit has 22 beds per floor with patient ratios of 6:1 up to 7:1, including telemetry equipment. The unit is staffed with a second nurse for float coverage, including Telemetry and Emergency Department. Candidates must be able to adapt to scheduling needs and support a family-oriented environment.
