Learning and Development Manager

Managing the day-to-day logistics of training and onboarding care teams, the full-time salaried Learning & Development Manager will coordinate training sessions, oversee trainers, and ensure new hires complete onboarding on schedule in a fully remote environment. Key responsibilities Translate training frameworks into session-level designs and manage the delivery of training Review training effectiveness metrics and implement continuous improvement strategies based on feedback Coordinate new hire onboarding processes and ensure alignment with training timelines for market launches Required qualifications 5-8 years of experience in Learning & Development or training program management Proven experience scaling training programs across multiple sites Track record of managing trainers or training delivery staff Strong organizational skills for managing multiple training initiatives and stakeholders Healthcare experience is strongly preferred
