Full-Time | Monday-Friday

Pay: $22.00-$28.00 per hour, based on experience

Spectrum AC is looking for a highly organized, customer-focused HVAC Sales Coordinator to become an integral part of our growing team. As the HVAC Sales Coordinator, you'll serve as the bridge between our customers, Comfort Advisors, installers, and office staff. You'll help coordinate appointments, keep sales opportunities moving, assist with proposals and financing documentation, follow up on unsold estimates, and ensure customers receive an outstanding experience from their first call through project completion.

$22.00-$28.00 per hour , depending on experience

Monday-Friday

Occasional flexibility during busy seasons may be needed.

• Answer inbound customer calls regarding HVAC system replacements and sales inquiries

• Schedule consultations for Comfort Advisors

• Coordinate daily schedules for the sales team

• Follow up with customers after estimates to answer questions and help move projects forward

• Maintain communication throughout the sales process to ensure an exceptional customer experience

• Assist customers with financing paperwork and documentation

• Coordinate with installation, service, and office teams to ensure seamless project scheduling

• Prepare proposals, process paperwork, and maintain accurate customer records

• Track sales opportunities and provide administrative support to the sales department

• Update CRM and internal systems with customer information and project status

• Help ensure every customer receives timely communication from initial inquiry through installation

• Previous customer service, sales support, or sales coordination experience required

• HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or home service industry experience strongly preferred

• Outstanding communication skills with a professional phone presence

• Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail

• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

• Comfortable following up with customers and building positive relationships

• Experience working with CRM software and Microsoft Office

• Positive attitude with a team-first mindset

• Reliable, dependable, and committed to delivering excellent customer service
