About the Role
The Company is seeking a Head of Partner Ecosystem to lead and develop its partner network. This is a strategic, leadership role with a focus on the full partner lifecycle, from recruitment to revenue contribution. The successful candidate will be responsible for team leadership, ecosystem architecture, revenue ownership, and go-to-market orchestration. They must be a hands-on leader, capable of both developing their team and being personally involved in the highest-leverage partner relationships. The role requires a leader who is globally minded, culturally fluent, and inclusive, with a proven track record in partner-sourced and partner-influenced revenue. Experience in designing and improving partner programs, as well as cross-functional leadership, is essential. Key requirements for the role include at least 10 years of partner or ecosystem experience, with a minimum of 3 years in a leadership position. The ideal candidate will have a player-coach profile, demonstrating the ability to balance hands-on partner management with team leadership. They should be adept at using AI tools for ecosystem operations and be comfortable with ambiguity, thriving in a fast-paced, global environment. The role is suited to a candidate with a background in building and scaling partner teams, a strong operational focus, and the ability to translate ecosystem performance into business language. Bonus points are given for experience with cellular or IoT connectivity solutions, AWS Partner Network, and fluency in Spanish.
