Urology Gynecology Sales Manager - Birmingham, AL

Intuitive Surgical seeks a Urology Gynecology Sales Manager for the Birmingham, AL area to lead specialty-focused adoption of da Vinci Surgical Systems. The role involves building and managing a sales team, developing market strategy, and deepening surgeon relationships across urology and gynecology specialties.
Responsibilities
- Build, lead, and develop high-performing specialty sales team across urology and gynecology markets
- Develop and execute sales strategy to exceed performance goals and drive da Vinci system utilization
- Collaborate with Clinical Sales Managers on coordinated market strategies and account planning
- Expand surgeon user base through training pipeline development and new adoption cultivation
- Manage administrative tasks including sales activities, customer profiles, and expense reporting
Requirements
- Proven da Vinci Surgery sales experience or 5+ years clinical sales team management
- In-depth knowledge of operating room environment and capital equipment sales
- Demonstrated experience managing and directing sales teams
- Proficiency with multiple technology platforms and digital solutions
- Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making abilities
- Ability to develop strategic relationships with hospital and surgeon stakeholders
