Merchandising Manager（Product sales）

Position Merchandising Manager Essential Duties Key Responsibilities: (Top-Priority Duties are indicated in the list.) Top-Priority: Plan, develop, and manage product concepts and OEM coordination, ensuring product quality and compliance. Top-Priority: Formulate and execute sales strategies across retail and wholesale channels, including client negotiation and coordination. Expand EC and B2B channels while driving promotional initiatives. Optimize supply chain operations and inventory management. Supervise and develop the merchandising team (Assistant Manager and others). Working Hours, Working style 40 hours per week (to be confirmed) Working Location Hybrid (2 days/week at Midtown West Office) Salary, Benefit Base Salary: $44.50/ hour (Approx. $93,000 / year) Total Annual Compensation (including bonus): Approx. $105,000 / year + comprehensive benefits package Holidays Weekends and holidays (flexibility required) Qualifications Minimum 5 years of experience in merchandising, retail, or product development. Proven experience managing OEM manufacturers and suppliers, including quality control and scheduling. Demonstrated leadership and team management experience.
