Our intimate 21-room boutique hotel, located steps from the beach and downtown Cape Cod attractions, is seeking a hands-on, dependable, and guest-focused Housekeeping Supervisor to lead our housekeeping operations for the season. Position Overview
The Housekeeping Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day housekeeping operation while actively working alongside the team. This is a working supervisor role that includes cleaning guest rooms, completing laundry, maintaining public spaces, and ensuring the property consistently meets boutique hotel standards.


This position works closely with General Management and Front Office leadership to support scheduling, operational communication, and overall guest experience. Weekend availability is required.
Responsibilities

• Oversee daily housekeeping operations for guest rooms, laundry, and public spaces
• Clean guest rooms and assist with room turnovers as needed
• Complete laundry duties including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and towels
• Create and manage housekeeping staff schedules in partnership with hotel leadership
• Work closely with the General Manager and Front Office team to coordinate arrivals, departures, VIPs, and operational needs
• Monitor housekeeping inventory and place supply orders as needed
• Report and follow up on maintenance concerns throughout the property
• Ensure cleanliness, organization, and presentation standards are consistently maintained
• Support training, coaching, and accountability of housekeeping team members
• Assist with light kitchen or breakfast service tasks when needed
• Step in wherever needed during busy weekends and peak season operations
• Engage warmly and professionally with guests throughout the day

• Previous housekeeping or hospitality leadership experience preferred
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to lead by example in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
• Comfortable performing physical tasks including cleaning rooms, lifting linens/supplies, and being on your feet for extended periods
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and team-focused
• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays during peak season
• Positive attitude and commitment to high hospitality standards

• $20-23/hour based on experience
