How you'll make an impact in this role

• Care Plan Execution: Implement and monitor specific patient care plans to ensure treatment is progressing as intended.
• Condition Monitoring: Observe, record, and communicate changes in a patient's condition to the appropriate parties.
• Interdisciplinary Coordination: Act as a central coordinator across all medical disciplines to ensure patient care remains well-coordinated.
• Order Fulfillment: Attend to and accurately carry out all medical orders provided by physicians and nursing staff.
• Needs Assessment: Evaluate and coordinate a patient's ongoing care needs in collaboration with other members of the healthcare team.

What minimum requirements you'll need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

Required Credential(s):

• Advanced Life Support obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
• BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
• Registered Nurse credentialed from the Tennessee Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.

Education:

• Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR Required professional licensure at time of hire.
