You’ll join a team that values: Client-centric execution – delivering projects that go beyond scope, schedule, and budget Transparency and accountability – open communication across all stakeholders Career growth and development – opportunities to take ownership and expand your skill set Community impact – working on meaningful projects that shape public and commercial spaces Strong culture – a supportive, team-oriented environment with a focus on long-term success Job Details Core Responsibilities: Lead all phases of construction projects, from preconstruction through closeout Manage budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and overall project performance Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring a high-quality experience Oversee procurement, contract administration, and risk management Collaborate with internal teams, design partners, and field staff to ensure seamless execution Maintain strict adherence to safety, quality, and compliance standards Provide proactive problem-solving to keep projects on track Qualifications: 2-5+ years of experience as a Project Manager in commercial and/or public construction Proven experience managing projects in sectors such as education, healthcare, municipal, or corporate environments Strong understanding of construction management processes, including budgeting, scheduling, and project controls Experience with delivery methods such as Design-Build, CMAR, or General Contracting Ability to manage multiple stakeholders, including owners, architects, and subcontractors Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred Preferred Skills: Experience with public-sector projects and stakeholder coordination Knowledge of local building codes, permitting, and regulatory requirements Proficiency with project management software (Procore, Primavera, MS Project, etc.) Ability to foster long-term client relationships and contribute to business development efforts Interested in hearing more?
