Volunteer Job Coach for Adults with Disabilities

A community-based organization is seeking a volunteer Job Coach to support adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in a cafe environment. Volunteers will engage in one-on-one coaching, assisting employees in various tasks and fostering their independence. The ideal candidate is empathetic, communicative, and available to commit for at least four weeks.
