Practice Area: Plaintiff Personal Injury
A growing Plaintiff Personal Injury law firm is seeking an experienced Intake Coordinator to join its pre-litigation team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys client interaction, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and has experience evaluating and onboarding personal injury matters.
Responsibilities
Answer incoming calls from prospective clients
Gather accident details and conduct initial case screening
Follow established intake questionnaires and workflows
Maintain accurate records and case information
Qualifications
2+ years of intake or personal injury experience preferred
Experience handling high-volume case intake environments
Strong communication and customer service skills
Detail-oriented with strong data entry abilities
Spanish bilingual preferred
Experience in Plaintiff PI preferred
Salary and Other Compensation:
The annual salary for this position is between $70,000 $85,000. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
