North America Pixel Launch and Product Lead

Manage a team and Pixel Portfolio product and launch duties, developing subject matter expertise to guide sales and craft executive presentations.Ensure clear communication of priorities, distilling complex insights for senior leadership and building strong stakeholder relationships to drive organizational alignment.Manage efficient business processes and lead the planning and narrative of the North American Strategic Gate reviews for senior leadership.Own the end-to-end launch planning program, driving launch readiness by collaborating cross-functionally to improve processes and resolve issues.Forge strong partnerships with regional category managers, marketing, and engineering teams to ensure alignment between organizational plans and overarching goals.Minimum qualifications:Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. 11 years of experience in management consulting, product management and strategy, or analytics in a technology company. 2 years of experience managing or leading teams.Experience working with and analyzing data, and managing multiple cross-functional programs or projects.Preferred qualifications:Experience in the smartphone industry and knowledge of mobile launch.Understanding of hardware/software and deep expertise with Android OS.Ability to connect product value propositions with partner needs, bridging strategy to execution with a results-driven mindset.Exceptional influencing skills to build strong relationships, inspire trust, and drive consensus across cross-functional teams.Excellent written and verbal communication, active listening, credible maturity, and strong organizational leadership skills.Rigorous project management, analytical problem-solving, and flexibility to creatively handle multiple competing priorities in environments.Product and Business Strategy Leaders bring together teams across Google’s functions to help products execute optimally.
