Chipotle - 29 District Way - Responsibilities: Maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe and quality food is prepared and served; Train and cross-train all front of house Crew; assist with Crew performance reviews and developing future Service Leaders; Monitor and enforce food safety policies and procedures including hand washing, glove changes, time/temperature checks, shelf life monitoring, and daily Food Safety Checklist; Resolve customer incidents and ensure positive guest experiences; Monitor crew breaks, shift changes, shift meetings, and line schedules; assist with miscellaneous office administration duties including banking, cash handling, and office paperwork
