Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) – $34–$42/hr

Per Diem / W2 | Fortnightly Pay | Flexible Shifts | Houston Metro

Home Care Nurses America (HCNA) partners with hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, rehabilitation centers, and specialty clinics across the United States to provide qualified healthcare professionals. Our team supports healthcare organizations by delivering dependable, skilled clinicians who maintain high standards of patient care, safety, and professionalism.

We are currently seeking experienced Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVNs) to join our team as W2 per diem or contract casual employees supporting healthcare facilities across the Houston metro area.

In this role, you will provide safe, high-quality patient care while working collaboratively with physicians, Registered Nurses, and interdisciplinary care teams. Assignments may take place in skilled nursing facilities, rehabilitation centers, long-term care facilities, hospitals, or specialty clinics based on facility needs.
