Your primary responsibilities include acting as the key link between the headquarters and the assigned region’s branches, staying up-to-date with company policies, ensuring focus on increased sales, and building productive customer relations. The successful candidate will be in charge of the region’s day-to-day operations and will carry out company policies and guidelines. What You’ll Bring (Requirements): Multi‑unit restaurant management experience in fast‑casual restaurant concepts, preferred Proficient in restaurant operations, front/ back of house, and point of sale systems Experienced in leading a team through objective measures of performance Advanced understanding of the decision‑making process, deliverable prioritization, and timelines Advanced ability to communicate, influence, and negotiate decisions while motivating assigned teams; Strong understanding of restaurant functions, including training, recruiting, and delegating certain tasks Requires 75% travel within the home and surrounding markets Able to withstand comfortably the physical demands of a retail environment.
