Your Responsibilities

As a customer advisor in our team, you will carry out the following tasks:

• First point of contact for small businesses and individual entrepreneurs in the telecommunications sector.
• Handling customer inquiries related to contracts, price packages, and bills, and providing appropriate responses tailored to the situation and needs.
• Active, demand-driven advice to customers about our products and successful closing of sales.
• Primary assistance in case of error reports and technical problems, and if necessary, forwarding cases to the relevant specialist area.
• Recording customer communication in the database after the customer has received an appropriate solution.

Your Profile

You fit perfectly with Concentrix if:

• You have excellent German language skills (C1) both spoken and written.
• You have good communication skills with a customer-oriented mindset and are able to communicate with customers in a friendly, partner-like manner.
• You are interested in sales and can convincingly, yet politely, argue your case.
• You can provide the necessary conditions for working from home and are occasionally willing to work in our Pcs office.
• Teamwork and customer orientation are not foreign to you.
• You confidently use a computer.
• You can flexibly take on shifts during customer service hours (Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 20:00, Saturday from 09:00 to 17:00).
• You are open to continuous development and learning.

Ideally:

• You have previous experience in customer service, call center, or sales.
