Assistant / Assistant of Early Childhood Education

Job Description

Located under the authority of the Head of School Affairs, Early Childhood, Youth, and Sports, you will ensure various missions distributed among the three entities. Duties include:

• Physical and telephone reception of the public
• Entry of school registrations and after-school activities, tracking of modifications
• Transmission of registrations to school directors and the provider of school meals
• Daily reception of meal and snack attendance and transmission to the school meals provider
• Management of family quotient calculation files
• Control of attendance, entry of invoicing, edition of invoicing, collection
• Maintenance of statistical elements (family quotient, attendance,...)
• Reception and entry of nursery registration files
• Sending of school assignment letters, allocation and refusal of nursery places
• Management of communication with families and display
• Management of the reporting software for Collective Childcare
• Assistance in the preparation of events in various sectors
• Budgetary follow-up: creation of purchase orders, validation of invoices
• Writing of letters, reports, agreements, decisions of the Mayor
• Management of sports hall registrations
• Active participation in service meetings

Required Profile

Profile and skills:

• Knowledge of the functioning of a territorial authority and ideally a town hall
• Knowledge of the childhood and sports sector is appreciated
• Mastery of computer tools (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Mastery of Concerto and Ciril Finances software
• Excellent organizational and adaptive capacity, sense of priorities
• Rigor and reactivity are indispensable
• Versatility and ability to work independently
• Taste for teamwork and transversality
• Relational and writing skills
• Public service sense

Creation of a new position to be filled on September 14, 2026. Position open to both permanent and contract staff.

Statutory remuneration + RIFSEEP + annual bonus + 50% mutual participation and social security + restaurant vouchers + CNAS + Staff Association

Legal Basis

Article L332-14 of the General Code of Public Service - A contract employee may be recruited for this position while waiting for the recruitment of a civil servant. The proposed contract may not exceed one year, renewable for a total duration of two years.
